So, as you all know I've lost a fair wee bit of weight recently, and was concerned about my looming UK trip and the 'damage' I might do during it...
So....I continued to go to the gym whilst on my hols, figured I'd no reason not to, after all, I'd no work to go to etc. I ended up doing 20 sessions during my time there. Went back to my own gym today and was weighed and measured - I MANAGED TO LOSE 1.5 POUNDS AND 6.5CM'S!!! Madness, absolute madness lol
So....I continued to go to the gym whilst on my hols, figured I'd no reason not to, after all, I'd no work to go to etc. I ended up doing 20 sessions during my time there. Went back to my own gym today and was weighed and measured - I MANAGED TO LOSE 1.5 POUNDS AND 6.5CM'S!!! Madness, absolute madness lol

Teaching PE to year 8 this year so getting a little fitter

I've lost 12kg now, but not as quickly as u, slow n steady wins the race tho eh! Thinking I might stop soon tho as my clothes are starting to get a lil too loose lol
