After being in Adelaide for a year and no hope of getting a job, we moved to Perth and 3 months later I have a job. Yay, wohoo. :thumbsup:
I applied for a job at Ikea in December and heard nothing. Then i got a call middle of February asking me if i still wanted work. :ohmy: I have now been at Ikea for 3 weeks and although it's not the job i applied for it's great.
So, if your in perth and would like to come say hi to the weird Brummie in the restaurant, i'm working most days. Just ask for the Brummie with glasses, they'll know who you mean.

OMG, I was in Ikea yesterday with the hubby and we ordered the yummy hot dogs for $1.00 each, pitty I didn't read this before yesterday :rofl:
