Congrats on selling up so quickly in the current climate. It's a great feeling to have that bloated bank balance. Hope you enjoy Perth and let us know which suburb you move to and why (I'm thinking of moving myself).

Thank you all for the kind sentiments. Am I looking forward to a square slice and a tattie scone.:thumbsup: 5 years without one or the other is 5 years too long.:thumbdown: As I said, the house went quickly so its get the kids settled first, then we can do what we need to do.:) This is the last move for us as a family and we feel its gonny be the correct one.:thumbup: Mackay was a good place to bring up kids with its country feel, lack of crime, etc but our needs are slightly different now so Perth here we come.:thumbsup:
