10 years on !
 

Just having a look here and it reminded me that we have been in out here for 10 years, 20 times longer then lots of people seem to last ;)

We moved here when the pound had value, in fact I think we got 3AUD to the pound, not that we had all that much to bring over.

We lived in cashmere for most if that time but moved to Brighton 18 months ago.

In our time here we have had 3 kids and imported a set of grand parents.

Been back to the UK twice in that time, but now they sell Angel delight in coles I don't feel much of an urge to visit :)

I know, you could sell a ford escort in the UK and live like a king over here on the proceeds.

We only came over with 30k pounds ish (being young) so didn't effect us as much as some.

I know how good is strawberry Angel Delight!!! I bought it for the kids to try the first time we got it and the kids hated it (weird) so I eat the lot, congratulations on the 10 years...:D

Congrats on 10 year anniversary , what's Brighton like to live in, were moving ove r to Brisbane from Auckland in January and are considering that area or surrounds, any advice gratefully received especially re schools etc.:)
