Well its a year to the day since we arrived down under......what a year its been, its flown by, we have made some fab friends and have a better social life here than we did back in uk!!!

We love it here in Perth, the kids have all settled brialliantly and have made loads of friends, the eldest is off to Singapore with school next Monday on an international football tournament

We are still renting but will take the plunge next year on buying our own piece of Oz.

Hubbie is in his third job and is enjoying it.

Me still not working but have started to distribute my resume now.

We have had family over from the Uk twice and more due on 28th December, just in time for new year celebrations

Over all we only have one regret, that we didnt do it years ago it is hard being so far away from family some times but with the internet and the webcam we keep in touch regularly.

Australia has worked for us, we`ve been down south to Margaret river region and up north to Kalbari and Monkey mia and we have got plenty more places on our list to see.

We have only been here 5 months, OH loves it but i'm undecided, but we are going to stick it out for 2 years (get on the property ladder etc.)
