I get a frozen pension in Canada of approx. 25 pounds a week.
If I go over to the UK for 3-6 months I am entitled to get the uprated
pension amount (same as US does)
Does anyone know what the difference would be? Is it a percentage of
what you are getting or just a bump up to whatever the US expats would
be getting?
How do I find out how much more I would receive while staying in the UK?

If it is a Canadian issue or a USA issue try posting the question there in their forums someone may be better placed to answer that question. :-)

So far as i know, if you return to UK then your pension will go up to whatever the current rate is. When you return to Canada, it'll go back to the original rate.
We also get the annual increase here in the 'Pines.
