I got a nice letter from the pension service in the UK telling me 'You will receive XXX pounds per week payable in 13 weeks from this date' the 13 weeks passed on Tuesday Feb 10th...

Anyone know if this is normal ? I know the US bank info is correct cos I have wired money before.

How long beofre I write to them, they won't accept e-mail questions..

It is probably simpler to call them and discuss by phone and have them confirm payment details and when payment is has or was made. By letter takes time and then they normally will say 10 working days to process and then respond in letter -

Bingo 4 weeks later you find out that they got it wrong or there was an issue...
