Seeking English teachers in SW France

Anglais in France a family-run business is looking for happy host families for teenagers and adults in SW France.

It is unclear what the teachers are teaching and to who. 
Are you looking for teachers who are English, or teachers who teach English?
And who are they teaching to - visitors, or local French people who want to learn English or improve their English language skills?
Also "host" implies, in my mind at least, living with someone, such as happens on an international exchange program - so that seems to be a commitment above and beyond a normal teacher-student teaching arrangement.
