Seeking a carer near Moulins
 

I am posting on behalf of a dear friend who has become very disabled with MS. She is bilingual French/English, living near Moulins on the borders of Allier/Cher/Nievre departments She is in need of an additional carer to support her one existing carer. She has had very bad experiences in the past with neglectful and uncaring agency staff, and it is proving impossible to find anyone through the usual official channels. I can't help feeling there must be a kind-hearted and capable carer out there somewhere who could help (paid, of course). My friend recently moved from Paris to be cared for by another friend near Moulins, but it is too much for one person to manage; and unless they find someone local very soon to provide relief support, she will have to return to Paris, to live alone with uncaring carers (unless someone good can be found in Paris?!).
