No, the average monthly wage in Portugal is far more than that. Are you perhaps thinking of the minimum wage, which is €565.83 per month? In Spain the legal minimum wage is €752.85.

Glad you've managed to recruit people, maybe if you actually pay them more than a living wage they'll stick around and you won't need to recruit again?
