Garden & Pool Maintenance (Carvoeiro, Portugal)

I'm looking for an individual, based around the Carvoeiro region in Portugal, who would be interested in maintaining a garden and pool all year round for a 3 bed villa. I hope I'm posting in the right place! Any advice or recommendations much appreciated. Thank you.
