uk ecaa permit turkey
 

just i want to ask a question in respect my wife situation.
if the applicant falls under turkish worker and stayed in uk on ECAA permit meant for turkey. in ukbia website it says you cant apply for ILR but there is a another clause after 10 years any one can apply for ILR . So can ECAA PERMIT HOLDER from turkey can apply for ilr after 10 years of residence?

i m aware ECAA permit holders from turkey under business category can do so after 5 years. any one with experiance drop a line
