He, apparently, was doing what several other people, who ended up falling, also did - trying to jump from one balcony to another.

He had argued with friends and was locked out of their apartment.

It seems to happen pretty regularly to young Brits when on vacation in Europe......

He was from Arran - neighbouring island to Bute. Reports are that he was trying to jump from one balcony to another.

It is a pretty common cause of death in Mexico.
