trucking and residency in NB

I am currently working in Ontario, but am looking at moving and thinking of NB. I have filled applications with Midland. I know a few people on here have had issues with Midland, but the crap I'm dealing with my company ( don't get involved with the office staff lol), it can't be any worse. How long would I need to be in NB to obtain residency.

Any advice would be useful, or any other companies with FWP would be nice.

You would need to be working for a company 1 year before you could apply for PR in New Brunswick, midland have a depot in Brampton ON. and there pay is better than the NB. pay. I work for a broker for Midland and i am not happy, but i know a lot of foriegn workers who are.
