Gremmie...

Tell ya what that is a mega link you provided there and can't thank you enough.

We are looking into PEI at the moment but nowhere has been ruled out yet. As has been mentioned before elsewhere the cost of living is lower as is the wages and it will boil down to can we make a decent living there and have a good quality of life...if not we look elsewhere and Alberta is somewhere I would also love to settle.

Heavy Haulage has been my Bread & Butter in the Army it was a bit of a fluke really as when I was in training 21 years ago (Phew thats a long time ago) all I wanted to do was go Airbourne (PARA) so I volounteered and when we were getting our first posting after training I said I was going to become a PARA within the RCT and the Officer at the time said F**K off out of my office you T**T your going to Sennelager to become a Tank Transporter...so off I went...can honestly say he did me a fav as the close knit family of Tank Transporting is second to none Karla will tell ya that as her OH is also one....

The links to the companys look great and it's the not knowing your next load that keeps it interesting I think as most of them are different.

Owe you a few beers when we meet on the road somewhere.

PS meant to say the links to the golf on that site are also great LOL

Dave,

Tank Transporters have to be close knit, especially when they do this to their truck:
