Well what does it take to approve my license here? many say different things? and how will the change of what the minister of immigration that he wants to bring and when will it take effect?

From my own experience, I first got my sin number and then I went to the local agency to exchange my car license. They asked to see my sin number and my TWP, the truck driving school also asked to see my TWP!

cause they said something reguarding a paper from the ministery of transportation that needs to be signed by the ministery of exterior and finally by the Canadian embassy
