Default LMIA available ONTARIO.

These is for any driver in Canada who's lmia is expiring,I just saw on kijiji theres plenty of lmias for people already in Canada...heres the link Find or Advertise Driver & Security Jobs in Ontario | jobs | Kijiji Classifieds .....hope it helps someone out there.

Thanks for posting, hope it helps somebody.

Although worth noting that truck drivers can't apply for PR in Ontario, and also their spouses can't work. Just thought I'd mention that for the sake of anybody reading in case they weren't aware and wanted to move permanently, as that wouldn't be possible in Ontario.

I had no idea its hard to get PR in Ontario and to make it worse a spouse can't work. ..thats not good....thanks for sharing.

It's not 'hard' to get PR - it's impossible. Usually, a trucker would apply for PR under the PNP of the province they are in, but Ontario is unusual in that it has no PNP stream that a trucker is eligible for (or any other semi or low skilled worker), hence why PR isn't possible.

So if somebody wants to just spend a couple of years in ON then that's great, as long as they know they cannot stay permanently unless they get a job in another province.
