Yeah I read that.....but I'm so confused. I was originally a driver from California and then moved to the UK and then moved to Oregon for a few months and now reside in Washington......have no idea where I am on that list.

The poorness of yank driving cannot be measured using a theory test. The failure comes from the learning process where they fail to instill in them the two most important characteristics of a good driver: observation skills and the mantra that you should do nothing to inconvenience other road users..

by the tone of his post... definitely defensive (driver that is)
75% Meh.
questions "were taken from actual written DMV test across the country"
14. When you are merging onto the freeway, you should be driving:
A. At or near the same speed as the traffic on the freeway
B. 5 to 10 miles per hour slower than the traffic on the freeway
C. The posted speed limit for traffic on the freeway
The answer is A... so if everyone is speeding over the speed limit, the DMV is basically giving you permission and the okay to speed too? "But Officer, I was only following what was said and encouraged by the DMV by nature of their correct answer on the test..."
