WTF in the UK again?

One of the most popular was a vegan take on fish and chips, using tofu with kelp in breadcrumbs

That line from the followng article is possibly the saddest thing I have ever read.

Definitely a WTF. A beef burger / fish and chips would be my go to pub food in the UK.

That shouldn't even be legal. :(

I decided many years ago that most vegetarians are people who don't even like food, though honestly if I was eating an entirely vegetarian diet, I wouldn't like food either!

We used to have a vegan chinese take away in my town and the food was pretty good. best thing no gristle and it tended to be less greasy.

They sold sweet and sour chicken, vegan style. Same with all the other meat and sea food options, they were all tofu made to look like the original.

Oh yes. Duck is a must when going to a restaurant. I don't tend to have duck on to-go though.
