Well that didn't work out. There are thousands of people in the US paying taxes and do not have representation. This has been the case for a very long time. It was just an excuse.

Not all bad. I did "work from home" yesterday. Managed to cut the grass, trim some trees, change out some weak outlets, while still working.

If that's true how were the Founding Fathers to know? All they knew was that there were no representatives from the colonies in London to hear their voice heard so they just said **** it we're leaving

You quote this as if it were actually implemented that way. I seem to recall they didn't quite include 'darkies' in their definition of 'Men', not to mention 'women' ... It took almost 200 years for something close to this to be actually implemented.
