One bill was a little exaggerated. I think I paid for electricity and cable internet. Water was included if I remember correctly.

No problem. Some places include more than others, I was just curious. Our rental its just electricity/internet/cable water is included as is hot water, and no sewer bill, but other places I have lived had to pay water and sewer on top of the usual. That sucked, sewer bill was pretty high too, water part was cheap, but man did they ever charge a premium to send water into the sewage system.
