Maybe because they would have announced the "cross testing" if you want to call it that during the trial process?.

Why?

Do you expect scientists to announce all their steps to the public?

Maybe not but surely the possibility of "cross vaccination" people taking different vaccines must have occurred to them? Or maybe I am thinking too far ahead in this. We shall see.

You're doing it again. You don't know that it hasn't occurred to them. You don't know anything other than a few reports they've all given out. You don't know. Stop imagining you do.

It wouldn't make sense for them to test their own experimental drug against other experimental drugs for interactions yet as there's no way to be sure which will get to market.

Generally a doctor / admin has you fill out a form or asks you questions before you receive treatment, so asking if you have already revived a vaccination is likely to be one. I think the issue will be getting 1 not multiple. That said I am sure there will be a “private” market and people who can afford it will want the “best” one they can get.

Do they generally test "cross vaccination" or whatever that means with other vaccines that have different companies making their own version?

I don't know if they do or not. But this is apparently a 2 shot process not 1 shot like the flu shot. And since you will have several vaccine candidates and they appear to work differently to produce the result don't they?. It would only take a little computer error or human error even to get 1 shot then someone elses second shot of a different vaccine. And being america you know you will be looking at lawsuits.

On cruising forums they are saying might be a 2 shot vaccine or 2 part vaccine if you want to call it that. So for example maybe 1 shot now lets say and the second shot x weeks time. It will be a lot more time effective if it is a 1 shot vaccine.

Cruising forums? You're getting your 'information' from cruising forums? Is that where the COVID-19 scientists and virologists hang out?

They reported the same thing on CNN last night, they suggested several companies were anticipating a two shot vaccine.

Yup they are conducting top secret research online as we speak. And fwiw the cruise critic forum is the largest online community in the world far dwarfing the membership of this forum and any other online discussion forum I believe.

Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Steam etc etc don't count then? It's so hard to take anything you say seriously as you spout utter garbage as facts. And FWIW a bigger community doesn't mean more informed community, might just be less fussy about who they let in.
