Going anywhere special? With friends? Glued to the box? Getting out of Dodge?

It's the day we vote. Ask someone in Zimbabwe what that means.

Actually, that's a whole order of inanity bigger.
Christ, what's wrong with people recently? No sense of humour. Sticks up asses.
Don't bother sending me any weird PMs either. If you don't like it, don't bother posting in the thread.
For myself, I'll be glued to the TV in the pub. It's an historic, social occasion.

Me, packing. I have to go to a bl**dy conference in Charleston, SC the next day. Hopefully I won't have to drive through lake-effect snow to get to the airport.

I mentioned there is an additional chore. Was responding to inane's post about what are you doing to celebrate election day. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
Plus I'm not voting for a presidential candidate only for local elections.

I hope there's a clear winner that evening, and that we don't have the shenanigans that went on in 2000.

You know what, delete the thread. I don't know why you and others have turned into such miserable old devils. The word curmudgeon springs to mind.
