I've always needed glasses, but I completely understand how you feel when I was told I needed varifocals.....

Funny thing, you keep needing stronger and stronger lenses unless you get them fixed surgically, and then you get cataracts; and if you are lucky, you don't need glasses full time after they fix the cataracts. I only use mine in bad light, reading or distance.

Sue, if it makes you feel any better, I've needed glasses since I was 12 and am blind as a bat without them. So needing glasses isn't a sign of growing old.

with me it was the tweezers first.. every damn place i was there was a pair of tweezers.. now i am going to be putting the glasses with them.. What the bloody hell is next. >>>????
