we put the divorce

1.can stop it we live in florida!
all paper in the court already can we stop it?

is this will effect the immigration?
can we re married!

I don't see why you can't put a stop to the divorce proceedings. As long as the divorce isn't final, you don't need to get remarried, you're already married.

It might affect immigration, it depends on your circumstances and where you are in the process.

My non-legal suggestion would be for both of you to file one of these with the court.
