I am glad that the woman is being treated as a victim of a sex crime. He may end being in far more trouble than suspended after investigations are concluded.
Reassuring to know Homeland Security staff are placing themselves in such blackmailable situations. Beyond the crime he seems to have committed against the woman, he is a security risk.

You recently got your citizenship, if you commit another crime now that you are a USC, you won't be stripped of your citizenship.

Why don't you get it. It's seems totally logical, at least to a logical mind. There is NOTHING to indicate that he committed any crime before his naturalization, indeed as a non US citizen, he wouldn't have been able to work with USCIS. If he committed a crime after he became a US citizen, why would he lose his citizenship?
