Re: UK TV Programs
Doctor Who starts back up on BBCA next week.
BBC have released a sort of 2 minute prequel-type thingy.
Nice acting by Matt Smith / girl.

The Village
Anyone else catch that? Thought the first episode was rather slow to get going, but kind of enjoyed it once it got going.
Basically it's about this old bloke being interviewed about living his whole life in one village, over a 100 years, kicking off just at the start of WW1.
Some cracking scenery too.

Has the Hola unblocker stopped working for anyone else?I haven't been able to access the iPlayer at all today. I'm guessing the beeb put a stop to it.

Just noticed that too....though it's usually fixed within a few hours, or a day at the most when it's happened before.

Re: UK TV Programs
they have a facebook forum and it appears based upon email friend received from hola.org that they no longer support it. Same with expatshield.com. These were both free. So now I'm looking at TunnelBear or Acevpn and paying. I'd be dead lost if can't watch BBC. Cut cable 2-3 months ago and don't miss it all.

Re: UK TV Programs
Location for filming: The Peak District of north Derbyshire, in the area around Hayfield and Chapel-en-le Frith. As in many other areas of this country during this excessively prolonged and cold winter/postponed-spring-may-be-cancelled this-year season, very heavy snowfalls and severe icy conditions badly affected the region resulting in the loss of many ewes and newly born lambs buried under the snow for many days.

Not Going Out.
6th series just started. The last couple of series had gotten a little stale, but this one got off to a great start and was really pretty funny we thought.
Nothing earth breaking about it, but a good easy little show to have on.

Plebs is pretty good.
Mimic has been poo.
Heading Out, so-so. Started out okay though.
8 Out of 10 Cats is good as a weekly round up of news.
