Well if it gives a trans gender person any satisfaction in being able to use a toilet they identify with their sexual orientation then it's okay I guess. Personally I find most toilets to be disagreeable places to be visited and used in a short time as possible. Much ado about nowt really

I would presume their "satisfaction" is the same as you using the toilet of whatever gender you are.

The only satisfaction I get is bladder and bowel related. I'm thinking of getting a piece of paper to say I'm transgender. I see a great opportunity opening up for showers in the ladies toilet at my local gym

I was at a Leisure Center I very rarely go to on Saturday, and nearly made the wrong turn into the Ladies changing room.

It was a slight relief knowing it is no longer an issue.
