Texas is only 6000 years old!

Glad my kids do not go to school in Texas (my apologies to any of those that live there).

I'd like to vote for Texas to secede from the Union.

Although I found it hilarious that 2 weeks ago PErry is motioning a possible move to succeed......... then last week he's begging the Federal government for Tamiflu.

Makes it pretty funny when my kids do show-and-tell at school with their 200-million year old fossil shark teeth and Mosasaur bones from the local creeks!

Here in Plano, where there's a reasonably religiously and racially mixed population, only a few kids stand up and tell them that they'll go to hell if they believe in the Devil's false signs!

Imagine having him as governor - after you've had Bush.

I want Perry to secede.

I liked one of the comments, to the effect that if we could vote on the age of the universe, we could also vote on Cargill's age, decide she is too young to qualify as a board member and remove her.

people who say this usually don't actually understand what a "theory" is in a scientific context

Crap! One is a theory and the other is a disproved hypothesis.

One is a scientific theory backed by scientific evidence and the other is a religious theory and not backed by any credible scientific evidence.
