Started on season 1 of Vikings, only 4 episodes in but it seems to be the only TV series worth watching on streampix..pretty good so far although Gabriel Byrne's syrup is questionable.

It gets very weird after a series or so...I ended up getting bored of it a bit towards the end as it ended up just being a bit of a gore fest and the storyline started to wan, but it was fun till then.

Very cheesy this, but I enjoyed the start of it. It's got that bird who was the main chick in Captain America, just after the war.

She's now being side lined as an agent after the war as a secretary/tea lady type, so she's doing agent work on the side, with Ironman, Stark's butler.

Got around to watching this last night. I liked it. Very comic-like.

It was pretty good. I hope they don't follow on with the radio serial throughout, it's the one thing I hated. I was hoping it would be less about cool inventions since it is set so long ago. Oh well.

Agreed on the radio broadcast.. Just a bit overdone I thought. I don't mind all the invention stuff but I would like it to look more like it's made in the 40s... even though it's futuristic tech. (Yes, I know that makes little sense). ;)

Anyone seen Mad Dogs yet? I really enjoyed the UK version, the US pilot is out on Amazon. Looking forward to seeing it, hoping for the best, fearing for the worst.

Its not bad, its not quite a House of Cards in terms of remakes, but it is no Life on Mars either, by a long way. Neither is it a shot for shot remake, but not that far off as it includes all the key elements.

Ben Chaplin is back (who played Alvo, the villa owner, in the original) but this time he is one of the four friends. The cast is not an ensemble of some of Britains most liked actors either, but they all do a good job. Even Michael Imperioli gets by, never really though he was a great actor, no matter how much I like the character he played in The Sopranos.

Call me late to the party, but I've just started watching, and enjoying, Graham Norton on BBC America :) . Is he generally liked or disliked by the folks on BE? And how the heck does he get such a great cache of guests each show?!

Was thinking of catching 12 Monkeys...seemed it originated as an original series then they grafted the 12 Monkeys elements on. However I hear good feedback and I very much enjoy time travel stuff.

I love him! I usually don't watch celebrities being interviewed since they are the most boring people in the world - they REALLY need a script 24-7. But I think Graham does a great job with his guests - he handles them very well.

Forgot to add - Grantchester is on PBS tonite for the next coupla weeks if anyone is interested.

Managed to make it to end of season 2..set up quite nicely for season 3 next month. Not enough of a gore fest for me sadly, even the blood eagle...just enough to keep me interested though. Have to wait and see what King Ragnor has in store.

I used to watch and like him but the last couple of years, just lost interest as found it all a bit same old, same old.

He's still amusing though.
