Lock him up? No Way. String him up is more to my liking. And then only after he is given a strong taste what sexual abuse is like. And excuses for his abusive victim past (if there is one) be damned. All the more reason not to do unto others in this case.

The 93-123 months sentence that type of crime carries is no where near enough. If Genarlow Wilson got 10 years because he got a BJ from a 15 year old girl when he was 17 and the girl and the prosecution agreed it was initiated by the girl then 93-123 months for this guy is crazy. 93-123 years maybe. They really need to re-evaluate the punishment so it can fit the crime.

You know, upon reading that article again - yes, it sure sounds like he's guilty.

But we do presume innocent until PROVEN guilty, and he is a juvenile - I thought they were not supposed to publish juvenile's names.

I want him punished too, if he really did it (which he probably did). But I don't want to see the laws re. the privacy of juveniles (if I'm remembering correctly) not followed in the future either. Nor ignore the fact that he is accused at this point, not proven guilty - another important principle.
