It is close to impossible to find it here - we did have nice roast lamb with mint sauce a while back at the Golden Lamb. Perhaps with that name they had to serve it. We'll have to look for that in NZ.

Got to say, Welsh lamb is the sweetest and most tender (bit like me) but NZ lamb is a great substitute!

Costco have started to sell NZ lamb. We grilled lamb chops a couple of weeks ago...they were delish.

That's a shame, isn't there a Sam's Club near you? We have a Polish grocery store nearby and they sell it. Not sure of the country it originates from though - I bought some recently and it was a wee bit tough - hubby reckons it was yak not lamb....
