Sugarmooma Needs Water Wings

Just watching the morning weather reports and already some parts of Houston are flooding. One area had the standing water up a 1/3 way on a standing auto.

Be safe and stay dry.

Yep, it's pretty ugly. I'm not sure what route I will need to take to get home this evening. We have only just got over our May fiasco with area flooding.
It's going to be a long summer storm season.

Yep, but not as bad as predicted. It's hitting the crazy folk who keep building on the river which means longer work hours for me testing everyone's well water again.
7 months and counting until I retire!

Are you still okay or did you get the freaky storm that rolled through tonight? It seems to have flooded out quite a few roads and knocked down trees. Hope you guys dodged it.
