That's ridiculous! I know Jersey is a rip off but someone is taking the piss there. Whereabouts in Jersey are you? We had our whole bathroom including tiling done for 6k by a pair of charming elderly Polish gentlemen!

I'll have to hunt around for it, our friends also just had their bathroom done so I'll find out who they used and PM you. We're in Morris County so hopefully you are nearby. My friend also uses a guy for odd jobs etc, I'll see if he can tile too. If you are selling the house, I certainly wouldn't spend 17k on tiling. We had to replace air con, furnace and water heater last summer we had quotes ranging from 8k-14k! It's crazy!
