Sending Orginal Documents to NVC
I got a request to send original marriage and birth certificate to NVC.
Will I get them back?

EDIT: Just wanted to add, in the 4 years we dealt with USCIS, we never received one document back from them, which is why we got add'l copies of the marriage & birth certificates. Also, my UKC husband never handed over his original birth cert, only a copy, and we did not have issues.

These are from India.
The only way to get certified copies is for me to fly back to India and the birth certificate will be next to impossible to get since it is small rural town that has lost all it's records.

We sent all our original documents to the NVC and got them back when we went for the interview.
