Default "Season Ticket" for flights?

I was wondering if anyone know is there is such a thing as a Season Ticket for flights, for when someone needs to make numerous or regualr trips each year, rather than paying full fare each and every time?

I am thinking business people may have some setup for this scenario.
I have heard of frequent flyer miles, but is that all that's available?

Flights would be between the USA East coast to Heathrow or Bristol (if available) in either direction.

Any help would be appreciated.

All I've ever known of were airpasses, BUT those were a book of coupons that were to be used for flights within the US, not transatlantic AND could only be purchased in Europe in conjunction with purchase of a transatlantic ticket.

They also had senior citizen coupon books but those were only for within the US and those have gone away.

By the way I'm a travel agent so have some knowledge of the various systems.

AA has a thing called AAirpass, where you buy x thousand miles of travel, then use them as you like: http://www.aairpass.com/default.asp

Price starts at 10K for 25,000 miles, so say from ATL-LHR that would be approx. 3 rtn trips- coach class. This is good for a year and does not include any applicable taxer and fees. Certainly not something for people who can and MUST plan ahead, but for last minite folks who have the jingle in their jeans it's a reasonable deal.

That's interesting. Though I knew about the program, I never did get an idea of the prices. $3K r/t for coach seems a bit steep to me - I can usually find $2K same week (and then only if someone else is paying).

I guess I'd always assumed that it booked into business - dunno why.

Air Canada does (obviously you'd connect somewhere in Canada).

1 flight credit = 1 one-way trip including connecting flights per person

Key benefits:
Excellent value and travel cost predictability
Optimum travel flexibility
Online booking convenience 24/7 and up to one hour prior to departure
Complimentary advance online seat selection

East Coast to Europe cost of 6 flight credits:

2,394 restrictions and black outs apply.

3,774 no blackout periods.

For Executive first 6 credits:

11,994

We have a corporate account whose home office is in France, and they sometimes do last minute flights there. Last minute coach is under 3K in an upgradeable class of service.
