I consult with Jefferson, Washington and Franklin regularly by Ouija Board. They have made their views on Independence for Scotland quite clear to me !

They seem a lot more lucid than most contemporary politicos !

I didn't know London had its own parliament. Is there an Edinburgh parliament too?

* As the minister concerned isn't identified it could be someone from Scotland.

This guy has lost it...
Seriously.

"If EU application is rejected...The First Minister said a dozen countries may be barred from entering Scotland's seas and would not even be allowed to pass through to reach Norwegian waters."

I guess he's hoping that people have forgotten that (even with) the entire resources of the Royal Navy we couldn't keep the fishing fleet from Iceland, a nation with (at the time) a population of 200,000, out of British (mostly Scottish) waters during the "Cod War" of the 1970's.
