We heard the new movie was the best yet, so we are going to take a look this weekend hopefully. Anyone seen it?

Yup, saw it this weekend... Not bad.. Its very much 80's action movie type stuff.
Not a lot of talking, loads of blood and gore, few cheesy one liners. I enjoyed it.
Lets be honest, it wont win an oscar.... but if you like movies like Commando and the first Rambo film, you will like this one. Plus, 2 british actors in it (Matthew Marsden as Schoolboy)

Wow! That sounds like fun. How did Stallone come across? I keep thinking of seeing Rambo getting across a jungle with a walker decorated with tennis balls.

No, he came across as a mean war machine! ha
Not giving anything away.... but there is a scene where he runs through the jungle that is soooo CGI. A fricking cheetah couldnt have caught him.
If you remember the first episode of The Bionic Woman where the BW runs through the woods after escaping the lab... thats what its like.
i think Rambo's bow and arrows had an AARP logo on them.

perhaps in dvd if I'm 1/2 lite and tied to the chair and made to wear my glasses. Nothing like an aging muscle man to turn you off.

nah shan't be wasting my time. I still remember sitting in the cinema with me mates for the second one, and pi$$ing ourselves laughing at just how bad it was
