possible in this way?
Hi all, i have two jobs with which i now reach the minimum required by
the Gov. for the affidavit.
My wife, is from Belgium, however last year i had only one job, and
for the 2006 i did not meet the poverty layer: is this influencing the
petition, or the jobs i have now will be enough?
Thanks

Might be a good idea to have a joint sponsor lined up, just in case the officer requires one.

Supposedly they look at your *current* income, so if in 2007 you are meeting the required income, you *should* be OK. Of course this is at the discretion of the officer at your wife's interview. Also, some consulates require 3 years of tax returns, not just the most recent one.
