Planning on quittingt my furnished rental apartment, NYC
Although I love NYC, I dunno if I can take another winter here. So in the Autumn I will be looking to pass on my sub-lease. It's a great doorman apartment on the 12th floor of a modern UES high rise, with partial views of the East River. There building has a gym, steam room, sauna, laundry, guest apartments, kids playroom, roof deck and games room. I pay $1685 plus electric and cable.
I know this is early days, but if anyone might be interested after the summer, send me a PM. I am looking to rent it out furnished, and sell my furniture.
Note - there is supposed to be an income requirement for the building, something like $75000. Would suit 1 or 2 people but not a family.
