Shitful= full

Example, shitload of beer, I become wobbly, dancing, love the world man
Shitful of beer, Head down the kahzi, wife giving me the look all next day

and in UK pints that's a lot more beer for the same number of pints

A litre is bigger than a pint
A kilogram is bigger than pound.
