Hi Rita...and everyone! I'm back too. This
is Lynn, of Arvid and Lynn, or arvlyn, Can/Am
couple from a while back. K-1 class of 1999.
Arvid's a permanent resident now and we're just
now thinking of starting the N-400 process.
Things are going well for us. We just had
Arvid's son staying with us for the past few
months and it was a joy to get to know him...and
interesting to live with a teenage boy for the
first time! Arvid took him back to Canada though
and will return in a week or two.
It's good to see familiar faces are still
here..or here again...I'm enjoying catching up on
what everyone's up to.

Lynn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So good to see your smile again. And so glad to hear the happiness in your voice. So your Canuck is thinking of becoming a citizen here as well. So is Jim. He is eligible to apply on or around the middle of May.
Don't be a stranger lady. Pop in now and then and give hubby a hug.

Re: OT: What Is This A Reunion?
So it's a big reunion of the Can-Am Classes of 1998 and 1999!
Chris is putting together his citizenship papers and will be filing them on
March 28, 2003! Of course we're still waiting for conditions to be removed
(VSC)!
Good to see everyone is still around. I always make a point of reading the NG
and offering insight into some of the problems we had along the way.

Its interesting to see the same "old" posts complaining about the same old
things.
For anyone thats interested...I survived the Adelphia Bankruptcy...I applied
for Removal of conditions in Oct.....got my 1 year extension...and am still
waiting.
Not bad for a visa waiver entry. Grin

I read somewhere that to assume full citizenship you had to have a brain
transplant with a squirrel, I am not sure I am ready for that. I may go for
partial citizenship.
Actually...yes I will.

Thanks Rita, you're so sweet!
Arvid's been eligible to apply since the
middle of last month. We just went down to the
StL office and got the forms and "the book" a week
or so ago.
I will give him a hug from you...but after he
gets one from me...he'll be home in a couple
weeks. He actually asked me if you were still
here, he knows you helped us a lot in the past.

Hi Lisa! It's nice to be among friends that
are facing the same phase of the process!
Yup, I'm here in St. Louis. It's real cold
now, a whooping 10°F. It's actually warmer in
Regina, Saskatchewan, where Arvid is right now.
That's NOT fair!
