As it is here in California. I got a sense that the usage I was referring to was a TX or maybe Southern thing, but maybe others can confirm. Have never heard it here.

This is quite common here in ATL, but then we're home of Coca-Cola so that might have a bearing

I find it hard to stop picking my nose when sitting at traffic lights for more than 3 minutes.
