Oh the irony!

My term on council expires end of this year, and I decided to run again for my second and last term.

I am being opposed by someone who works for the USCIS.

Wait isn't there paperwork involved in running for council? Paperwork that has to be filed in a timely manner. And they work for USCIS? Something doesn't add up here.
