New Business for Dual National
 

I’m a lifelong US citizen who by lucky accident happened to be born on British soil. I hold both a US and a UK passport. As I approach retirement from my current job I wonder what legitimate small business opportunity would require or lend itself to my dual nationality status. A bit off topic, but I thought a community of British Expats in the US would be a good place to start. Thanks for your advice.

You can start and run a business in either country, but I don't see any business advantage in being a dual national.

Neither do I... unless he wants to set up a business in both countries. In that case the advantage to dual citizenship is the ability to travel freely between both the UK and US and work for either/both companies wherever he is.
