Netflixs UK - Heads Up
Earlier I logged into Netflix and found a lot more UK shows than usual. Then I noticed by UK VPN was up. Apparently the login details for a US Netflix account will work on the British site too. Thought some folks with a VPN and Netflix may want to check it out.

That's interesting. I wonder if they know or if it's an accident that you can log in from both locations.

Sadly for me it says:

Rats. They must have caught on. I did watch a couple of programmes when I first stumbled on it. Oh well, should have know it would be too good to last.

I was in via a VPN (though not sure if it was the US or UK site) and noticed quite a few new British movies. Has anyone in the US checked to see if they just made some more titles available there?
(for those wondering I was using a 'smart' DNS vpn function that routes me through the correct VPN based on the URL address, but as I was doing a bunch of stuff in the UK just prior I wasn't sure if it flipped me to the US or UK site).

I just did this last night. I'm in the US and had a vpn (tunnelbear) on just before I logged in. Ended up watching nearly a whole 40min episode of Borgia before they caught on. Definitely more British shows on the British version of the site- which of course makes sense. There are a few on the US version though, if you go to *ahem* "foreign" and then click "British" you'll find quite a few shows, though no where near the selection on the UK version site.

UK TV shows now are on Netflix. Official this time. Just watched Sherlock. Also watched Shameless the UK version. Is it just me or did that series fall off a cliff? Used to be good but now not so much. Watched Skins, enjoyed the first series, but then it got incredibly depressing.
