Enjoying the French series "The Returned", dead people come back and don't realise that they died. Not on US streaming, just DVD, was on channel 4 in Britain.

And while talking French TV, I just noticed season 2 of Borgia is on Netflix too.

Re: Netflix

Blackfish:(

Everyone needs to stop supporting Sea World and any of the resorts with similar facilities.

It was a very sad and emotional documentary:(

I saw Blackfish too. I agree that Sea World et al are certainly milking it for cash, but seriously when you work with 'Killer Whales' how can you convince yourself they're harmless?

Finished House Of Cards last night - it's decent but never really got us hooked.

and how can you convince yourself that animals that have 1000's of miles of territory aren't going to be harmed (physically and psychologically) living in a 2000 ft2 tank.

'My Cat From Hell' is pretty entertaining if you're a cat person :)

Re: Netflix

We're re-watching stuff we enjoyed with the kids, now that they're a little older (they'll be 10 and 14 next month).

As a family, we've just finished 'Eureka' and are now watching 'Better Off Ted' - anyone who works in a large corporation will find BOT wincingly funny. I don't think my almost 10 understands a lot of the quick fire dialogue jokes, but there's enough more obvious humour to keep her interested.

And hubby and I are watching 'Grey's Anatomy' with the teen, once the smaller one's in bed. He is surprisingly into this - makes an unconscious 'Aww' squeak of disappointment when the credits role - and is learning all sorts of useful life stuff about how not to manage your relationship :)

If you are from a certain era you will probably have many memories of this guy and his band mates

Beware of Mr Baker

The good, bad and downright ugly life of Ginger Baker.

Interesting movie, you kind of really dislike him and yet you don't.

Worth watching

The Station Agent

One of those nice low-key films. Peter Dinklage (Tyrion) is a lonely train enthusiast who is bequeathed an old station house in rural New Jersey, and unwillingly lets other people into his life.
