Could someone please let know the best visa option to run a 4-day workshop for a US-based company and get paid for that?

IANAL.
If you have an academic degree and are paid by an entity outside the US, possibly "B-1 in lieu of H-1B".
Otherwise, possibly E-3. I hear the sponsorship/application process is not too arduous.
