I'm a British expat, but not in the USA. Perhaps you could explain your observation to those of us who don't understand what you mean. Is it all British Expats, is it specifically those in the USA, is it all expats in the USA whether they're British or not? What makes them creepy - is it their Britishness, the fact that they're expats, or their being in the USA that makes them creepy?

Or is there some specific behaviour of British expats in the USA that creeps you out? I don't know, do they maybe grab random women's p**sies, perhaps, and brag about it on camera? Or claim that they'd be dating their daughters if they weren't their daughters? Or is there something creepier than that that you had in mind? I think we should be told...

Have you ever tried to grab an unsuspecting pussy? Those things scratch with the ferocity of a Tasmanian Devil, and yowl, apparently you need to sneak up on them and put them in a sack... that's how we English do it.
