Postal employees have a uniform? The people delivering mail around here wear ordinary street clothing. OTOH, perhaps the USPS doesn't consider kilts to be ordinary street clothing.
Anyway, if he wants to be really provocative, he should start delivering the mail in the nude. But the USPS probably wouldn't like that either, considering the widespread and consistent mail box lid hazard.
